SHIPPING TERMS

1. SHIPPING
   Fittox will deliver the orders by its own means or through a transport company designated by it.
   Orders will be delivered to the address designated by the buyer, so Fittox does not assume any responsibility in the event that delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being incorrect, incomplete or when delivery cannot be made by absence of the recipient.
   Fittox does not guarantee that order deliveries will be made at specific and specific times. If the buyer indicates a specific delivery date or, within it, shows a preference for a specific time slot, it will be understood that he does so as a guideline. Fittox must communicate this circumstance to the carrier so that, as far as possible, it complies with this indication, without assuming any other obligation or responsibility.
   Fittox guarantees the delivery of orders within the indicated deadlines depending on the transportation system, the destination chosen by the buyer and the time period in which the order was placed. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there is no order collection or delivery service, a circumstance that will affect the calculation of delivery dates.
   Delivery times vary depending on different geographical areas.
   For the peninsula a maximum period of 7 working days. – Holidays do not count as delivery days.
   For the rest, a delivery time of 5 – 7 working days.
   We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla in most cases.
   For the rest, a delivery time of 3 – 7 working days. 
   Shipments to the Canary Islands carry the corresponding island tax, which must be paid by the customer.
   

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATE
   Our shipping fee is €5  VAT included. It is a fixed rate, it does not vary due to factors such as weight of the order, number of products or others.
2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RATE
   Our shipping fee is €10  VAT included. It is a fixed rate, it does not vary due to factors such as weight of the order, number of products or others.
   
3. EXPRESS SHIPPING RATE: Our shipping rate is €10 VAT included. It is a fixed rate, it does not vary due to factors such as weight of the order, number of products or others.

1. OUR COMMITMENTS

You will receive an email from our transport agency, at no cost to you, indicating when they plan to deliver the order and making themselves available to you if there is any inconvenience to the planned reception.
From the moment we verify the effective collection until the delivery of the merchandise, no more than 7 working days should pass, except for causes of force majeure beyond the control of Fittox or our Transport Agency.
You will receive an email from the transport agency indicating a second delivery if the first has been unsuccessful.
We want to know about any incident or deficiency attributable to the transportation of your order to compensate you if applicable. Please always indicate this on the carrier's delivery note. Your opinion will help us improve.

Expiration

1. The purchase price is payable at the time of formalization of the contract.
